Why should I join MESA?
MESA is a platform to help personal trainers and future personal trainers to develop their knowledge and understanding within all areas of becoming a successful personal trainer. The certificate allows students to practice as Personal Trainers in 10 Nations(Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, UAE, UK, USA) thereby enabling them to gain extensive experience in the fitness industry.
We focus on both practical and theoretical aspects of Personal Training. Our tutors are REPS Certified Tutors & Assessors who have been delivering a number of courses for over 10 years with REPS.
What is the experience of the MESA faculty?
Our faculty at MESA are a team of highly qualified tutors who would be delivering the syllabus of our courses to students. Our faculty at MESA have over 15 years of experience within the fitness industry as REPS Certified Personal Trainers, Nutritionists, Sports Masseuses and Teachers/Assessors within education. They are passionate about their subject and are always willing to guide and support the students throughout the course and after.
How do I register for a course? When does my course start?
You can find all our courses on ‘Our Courses’ tab at the top of this page. For each course you can see where the courses are held and what dates the courses take place. Once you pick your chosen course you can select a course start date from the drop-down menu.
Can I change to a different course workshop?
Yes. If youare looking to do this please contact info@mesauk.com – a change of course fee may apply.
What do I need to bring with me?
Any course that you attend with MESA you will need to bring the following:
Student diary with course timetable/information
Pen/Pencil
Student Diary
Stopwatch/watch
MESA Learner LAP
How do I contact my tutor?
To contact your tutor please email in to info@mesauk.com with your questions and our MESA counsellors will put you in touch with the tutor to answer.
Will I be provided with a proof on my successful completion / participation once the course is completed?
Once you have completed any course with MESA you will be issued with two certifications; one from the governing body for completion and one from MESA for your participation
What opportunities do I have with your link to work within MultiFit?
As we are MultiFit Exercise Science Academy, we work very closely with MultiFit. Students who come on board with MESA to complete a qualification will have the first opportunity to be interviewed.
How and when do I pay for the course?
You may choose to:
Pay the training course in full at the point of enrolment
Pay for the course using our instalment plan option (See below)
The deposit amount agreed will vary depending on any promotional offers available at the time.
We accept payment by Debit and Credit cards, Google Pay, Net Banking or alternatively you may choose to arrange for an EMI payment plan.
Can I pay for the course in Instalments?
Yes, you can!
MESA offer an interest-free instalment plan (0%) to enable you to spread the cost of your course fee over (ex amount) months. How much are my exam resits?
You have a chance to resit this for free – ie if you fail your MCQ you will be given one free resit. If you fail again you will be charged to take a third resit.

Do I need to attend the whole course?
Please note, day one of your course is mandatory. MESA also strongly advises you to attend every face to face workshop day of your course. Due to the intense nature of the timetable, important theory and practical activities take place on each attendance day.
Missing sessions may result in you finding it difficult to complete worksheets, theory exams or practical assessments. This may result in you not being in a position to successfully pass the qualification or in certain circumstances you may be removed from the course. If you are removed from the course due to non-attendance you will still be liable to pay for the course in full.
What identification do I need to bring to the first day of the course?
Students must bring a valid passport / photographic driving licence or PAN card to confirm their identity to the first day of their course. Non-UK residents must bring a valid passport only. No other forms of identification will be accepted. If you are not able to show a valid form of ID, you will not be able to start your course with MESA.
Students will be requested to present their PAN card, Aadhar card and class 12th marksheet at the time of registration for their exam.
Are there completion time limits to complete the course?
As course content and industry requirements change over time, there are time limits for learners to complete their studies. For individual courses, the following time-frames apply:
1 year (from the date of commencement of the course) for Group Exercise (Freestyle) Course
1 year (from the date of commencement of the course) for Diploma in Personal Training Qualifications
