Group Exercise (Freestyle)

Our Group Exercise (Freestyle) course enables you as a learner to design a class involving music to a group of clients whilst performing exercise routines. You will learn how to conduct a class with the correct technique, voice control and planned exercises relating to the music you have chosen. Throughout the course you will learn how to adapt your sessions according to the fitness levels of the participants.

Our Group Exercise (Freestyle) qualification is recognized by REPS India (member of the International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals – ICREPs). Once qualified you can become a member of REPS India which will provide you with international portability to other ICREPs member countries (UAE, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Poland, USA and Canada) thereby enabling you to gain extensive experience in the fitness industry.
