REPS Group Exercise (Freestyle)

Our REPS Group Exercise (Freestyle) course enables you as a learner to design a class involving music to a group of clients whilst performing exercise routines. You will learn how to conduct a class with the correct technique, voice control and planned exercises relating to the music you have chosen. Throughout the course you will learn how to adapt your sessions according to the fitness levels of the participants. 

Our REPS Group Exercise (Freestyle) course is Internationally recognised by REPS India (Member of International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals: ICREPS). This enables you to use your REPS recognised Group Exercise (Freestyle) Qualification in other countries which are also REPS recognised (Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, UAE, UK, USA)
