Her first experiment with fitness began when she was 13. From being an overweight teen to a powerlifter and a pro bodybuilder Tej has overcome all odds to pursue her goals. She has seen herself and the industry transform over the last decade. Tej has over 7 years of experience with clients with diverse needs both face to face and online and has also practiced as a powerlifting coach. Being passionate about food and fitness, she pursued her certification in Personal Training & Sports Nutrition and completed her graduation in culinary arts. Tej has an aim that she wants to inspire people to continue to learn so they can be passionate, smart, empathetic and disciplined coaches.
