Diploma In Personal Training

The Diploma in Personal Training course covers the fundamentals of becoming a Personal Trainer with a combination of theoretical & practical learning, covering topics including human anatomy, bio-mechanics, components of fitness, health & safety and program design.

Throughout the course you will learn key skills that will help you portray a professional image whilst on the gym floor and working with clients.

Our Diploma in Personal Training qualification is recognized by REPS India (member of the International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals – ICREPs) and is also aligned to India’s NSQF Level 4 which awards the certification from the Sports, Physical Education, Fitness and Leisure Skills Council (SPEFL-SC). Once qualified you can become a member of REPS India which will provide you with international portability to other ICREPs member countries (UAE, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Poland, USA and Canada) thereby enabling you to gain extensive experience in the fitness industry.
