REPS Diploma In Personal Training

The Diploma in Personal Training course is the core of becoming a REPS recognised Personal Trainer. With a combination of theoretical, practical and vocational education sessions. We aim to educate and careful construct each student with the correct skills and tools to enter the industry with confidence. 

You will learn the principles of exercise science, biomechanics of how the human body takes part within activity. Planning & designing a progressive 6 week exercise programme in which you will showcase your design within your practical assessment. Throughout the course you will learn key skills that will help you portray a professional image whilst on the gym floor.

The DPT is Internationally recognised by REPS India (Member of International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals: ICREPS) and is also aligned to Indias NSQF Level 4 in which awards the certification from the Sports, Physical Education, Fitness and Leisure Skills Council (SPEFL-SC). This enables you to use your Personal Training Qualification in other countries which are also REPS recognised (Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, UAE, UK, USA)
